Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Support the Site Manager in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct workforce.

Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance on-site in line with company and industry standards.

Help to ensure quality control, ensuring that work meets specifications and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, health & safety documentation, and site diaries.

Assist in problem-solving and addressing any site issues that arise during construction.
