Administrator - Barnsley Are you an organised, meticulous, and detail-driven individual? We are recruiting an Administrator to join our vibrant accountancy client in Barnsley. This role offers the opportunity to support the Audit team with administrative processes and play a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency and best practices across the department. Why join our client? Key Responsibilities: Serve as the administrative and process owner for the Audit team, ensuring accuracy and best practices. Liaise with internal teams, clients, banks, Companies House, and HMRC to ensure smooth communication and task execution. Monitor filing deadlines, issue reminders, and manage filing processes for physical and electronic documents. Plan audit team assignments, including scheduling, client communication, and travel arrangements. Manage client onboarding/offboarding paperwork and maintain accurate records of all documents. Organise team training sessions, post-review meetings, and networking events. Collaborate with the Tax Administrator to manage statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, and related documentation. Experience: Administrative experience is essential, demonstrable planning and organising within current role. Ideally working within an accountancy or professional services environment is advantageous.
