Role: Account Manager
Location: Northampton or Northwich (hybrid working 3 days office/2 days at home)
Salary: £35,000 + 10% bonus + benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a contact centre client based at either their Northampton or Northwich site. Previous experience working within a fast-paced company within an Account Manager role is desired.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
1. Implementation of price increases and, if required, negotiation of a mutually acceptable position.
2. Develop and deliver account plans.
3. Full Salesforce and Sales Excellence Compliance.
4. Convert clients to contract.
5. Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues in line with Group SLA's.
6. Develop and grow business achieve top line growth.
7. Support the Team Leader in achieving top line growth and profitability targets through strong client relationships and pipeline management across current SME client base.
