This is an exciting opportunity to part of a service implementing a new clinical model - aiming to deliver therapeutically and trauma informed care in an acute setting. Main duties of the job The post will offer systemic interventions and an open dialogue approach to support admissions and discharge from the service. You will also support the systemic reflection in the multidisciplinary team and support family inclusive practice across the Acute pathway.
