Role: Senior Pharmacy Technician (Patient Services) Location: Leaders in Oncology Care part of HCA Healthcare UK - LOC (London) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience (with excellent benefits) We’re looking for a Senior Patient Services Pharmacy Technician to join our team at at LOC currently rated “(Outstanding)” by the CQC. We provide a range of complex care services for patients, specialising in oncology for adult patients. We pride ourselves in providing comprehensive patient centred care and support throughout the patient journey, from initial diagnosis through to treatment and discharge. This is a dispensary based role across our LOC sites where you will have the opportunity to manage the dispensary teams and workflow with emphasis on stock management and service improvement. You will also be responsible for the below: As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will provide high quality, patient focused, operational pharmacy services which consistently meet the needs of all service users. As a Senior Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for the safe running of a technician-led dispensary. You will provide leadership and management to Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants, and you will supervise and provide education and training to staff rotating through dispensary services. You will be involved in the continuous service and professional development, audit and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
