What you'll do
To manage the operational performance of the dropship supply base, by ensuring those suppliers understand and conform to Toolstation’s requirements, resulting in an optimal customer journey.
Hybrid working with team days based at either Bridgwater or Northampton once a month!
Day to Day
1. Managing: Ensure the process timeline is effective and aligned to the advertised supplier lead times to make sure our customers receive a positive outcome on their customer journey.
2. Support: Manage and support our Dropship Team Leader on supplier management, developing a positive customer journey.
3. Understand: Gain an understanding of our stock data and out of stock SKUs and acquire any recovery dates for these.
4. Impact: Actively manage the expectations of the suppliers by completing this daily to align with the KPIs and reduce the negative impact to the customer journey.
5. Building Relationships: Relationship building is an integral part of this role; you’ll be developing strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring that these relationships are maintained.
