You will be working 22.5 hours per week. You will undertake your administration duties as you cover reception, for which you will be a friendly face with a welcoming personality as you greet staff, visitors and service users. That’s what delivering great healthcare should feel like Our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant role involves: • Working as member of the Reception Team, by delivering an efficient and high quality front of house and reception service • Carrying out administrative tasks as required • Working on a permanent 22.5hr contract and reporting to the Reception Team Leader. • Provide cover for the Administrative Team as and when required, completing minutes of meetings. • Providing administrative support to the clinical teams as and when required. To be successful in this role, you will: • Secretarial experience • 4 GCSE’s at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent • Experience of minute taking and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Awareness and knowledge in following confidentiality and security Where you will be working: Location: High Wych Rd, Sawbridgeworth CM21 0HH Gardens and Jacobs Neurological centre provides specialist inpatient rehabilitation and complex disability management services for men and women who have complex neurological conditions including acquired brain injury, spinal injury as well as neuroprogressive conditions.
