We are looking for Life Practitioners/Support Workers to join our team at Tigh Bruadair in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner/Support Worker to provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver's licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

About You:
What will you be doing:
1. Working with the staff team across all levels to safeguard our young adults at all times.
2. Participating in a wide range of innovative and exciting recreational events held within the home and wider community.
3. Assisting with practical tasks relating to care, such as cooking and cleaning.
4. Creating positive relationships with the young adults, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
5. Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural, and cultural needs of the young adults.
6. Maintaining accurate and clear record keeping.
7. Ensuring that the needs of the young adults are being met and regularly reviewing and recording any changes to their needs.
8. Actively contributing to the development of the team.
