Working as part of our client's Customer Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries on the phone and via email, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Chase deliveries with suppliers and couriers, providing proof of deliveries and tracking information for orders.
Monitor purchase order confirmations and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Raise support tickets to log queries and process returns of faulty or incorrectly ordered goods.
Manage incoming calls with a friendly and professional manner, resolving and distributing supplier paperwork.
Communicate effectively with the team and prioritise workload and priorities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful order processing and sales work.Person Specification:
Experience working in a customer support/admin role, passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand customer pain points and resolve issues.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to balance multiple tasks, deadlines, and customer needs simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Sage is highly advantageous.
Logistics and supply chain knowledge will be an advantage.
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills.
