Role Overview
Creating and executing CRM strategy to improve client conversion, retention and engagement that increases lifetime value and tenure.
The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in using HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns.
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
* Utilise HubSpot to create automated workflows, email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and personalised content tailored to different stages of customer journey.
* Deliver a continual programme of testing email campaign elements, including sequencing, content and segmentation.
* Translate insights into actionable strategies to optimise email campaigns according to their objectives.
* Generate monthly reports on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, email engagement, and campaign performance for presentation to the Senior Management Team.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies and outcomes
* Coordinate closely with the wider marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with overarching campaign strategies for each release.
* Work with the content team to ensure any asset requirements are briefed and delivered on time.
* Collaborate with the product team to integrate relevant behavioural and survey data into CRM tools, and to create reporting dashboards.
* Develop communications campaigns working with the Marketing team
* Ensure all activity is tested and optimised against targets and fed into regional team optimisation workstreams.
Skills needed to Apply:
* The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in using HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns.
* Ideally a financial Services background.
* Proven experience in an email marketing role, managing both manual and automated campaigns.
* Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment is desirable.
* An understanding of the motivators of the target market.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experience of creating compelling campaign proposals and presenting results.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice.
