Job Title: Qualified Mental Health Social Worker

Rate : £28 per hour
Experienced Mental Health Social Worker needed in the Neighbourhood 1 Community Mental Health Team, Speedwell Mental Health Centre Based in the heart of Deptford, with excellent public transport links, this position offers the opportunity to engage with our diverse and vibrant local community. The pay rate is £28 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. You will need to provide crisis intervention and support. You will also, collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care. You will be an advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary services and, maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.

* Social Work England registration

* Hold a full UK licence
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
