Location: Newcastle, NE5 (Just a 6-minute drive from Kingston Park Stadium)
Pay: £12.83 per hour (£60 per Sleep-In Shift)
Positions: Part-Time (Up to 30 hours per week)
Requirements: Previous or transferable experience is essential & Full UK Driving Licence Covering Manual Vehicles

About the Person We Support
We support a sociable lady in her 40s who has a great sense of humour and loves:
Watching Movies: Enjoys older shows, series, and Disney movies.
Music: Loves various genres, sings along, and dances.
Shopping and Arts & Crafts: Enjoys colouring in and being creative.
Holidays and Seasonal Events: Excited about Christmas, Halloween, and birthdays, though she struggles to wait for these events.
Family Time: Enjoys spending time with her Mum and Dad.
Sweets: Has a sweet tooth.
She has autism, and your role will include providing emotional reassurance during moments of distress, with full positive behaviour support training provided. If you’re a positive person with a good sense of humour and a full UK driving licence covering manual vehicles, you’ll be a wonderful match for our team!
What Will You Be Doing?
Empowering Independence: Help her live her life the way she chooses, achieve her goals, and be herself.
Daily Support: Assist with food shopping, bill payments, and domestic tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Providing Care: Administer medication, offer occasional wheelchair assistance during outings, and prompt around personal care.
Flexible Shift Patterns
Long Day Sleep-In Shifts: 9am – 9am the following day
Day Shifts: 9am - 6pm
Sleep-Ins: 10pm – 8am (Paid to Sleep)
We provide rotas at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance, which we’re very passionate about!
