Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a well-established specialist school in Crawley that provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Work closely with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to provide academic and emotional support.
2. Assist in implementing individual learning and behaviour plans.
3. Support students with communication and social development.
4. Work alongside teachers and therapists to create a safe and engaging learning space.
5. Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential).
2. A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
4. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
