Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Crawley Start Date: ASAP We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a well-established specialist school in Crawley that provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: * Work closely with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to provide academic and emotional support. * Assist in implementing individual learning and behaviour plans. * Support students with communication and social development. * Work alongside teachers and therapists to create a safe and engaging learning space. * Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
