Job Title: Site:Based Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Newcastle
Salary: GBP38,000 per annum + Van + Fuel Card (personal use)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Oncall: 1/7 : extra GBP1200 per annum : all oncall at time and a half

experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at a prestigious commercial site in
Newcastle.
The Role:
As a Site:Based Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing,
and repairing a range of air conditioning systems at our large commercial site in Newcastle. You
will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and functionality of the sites HVAC systems,
responding to planned maintenance as well as reactive service calls.
Key Responsibilities:
x25CF; Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems (splits,
VRV/VRF, chillers, etc.)
x25CF; Diagnose and repair faults to ensure systems are operating efficiently
x25CF; Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
x25CF; Maintain accurate records of work carried out
x25CF; Provide exceptional service to the client, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations
x25CF; Liaise with the Facilities Management team to schedule maintenance activities
Qualifications and Experience:
x25CF; NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (essential)
x25CF; F:Gas certification (essential)
x25CF; Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a commercial setting
x25CF; Strong problem:solving skills and ability to work independently
x25CF; Excellent communication and customer service skills
x25CF; Full UK driving license (essential)
