Electrical Engineering & Instrumentation Assessor
Location: Cumbria
Salary: Up to £39,800 p/a + business mileage
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We are currently working with an education provider in the beautiful Lake District area who is looking for an Electrical Engineering & Instrumentation Assessor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The position consists of 37 hours of work per week, primarily based at an engineering workplace in Cumbria, where you will vocationally assess and mentor learners on their Electrical Engineering and Instrumentation skills (up to level 3).
The starting salary is up to £39,800 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), along with a business mileage payment, pension (3% employee/5% employer), and a holiday allocation of 25 days (plus 8 days for Bank Holidays). Relocators will be considered, and there is a discretionary relocation package of up to £2,500 to cover property deposit, moving costs, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
- Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification
- Good knowledge and experience of Electrical Engineering & Instrumentation
- A passion for passing on your knowledge
While the education provider ideally seeks someone with an assessor qualification, they are willing to fully fund the right candidate through one on the job if you do not already possess one.
