As a Guest Experience Coordinator at the Royal Scotsman, A Belmond Train, you are part of a team that coordinates all aspects of guest services operations. In this role, you will be responsible for guaranteeing top-quality service and guest satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities Include:
1. Facilitating guests’ communication and ensuring their requests are handled appropriately.
2. Ensuring guests’ profiling is accurate and up to date.
3. Supporting and assisting with guests’ reservations.
4. Coordinating any transport requests for guests and facilitating check-in and departure processes.
5. Providing administrative support for the operation of the Royal Scotsman.
Requirements
What You Bring:
1. Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.
2. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
3. Relevant qualifications in hospitality management, tourism or business studies.
4. Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative.
5. Exceptional communication, organisational and administrative skills.
6. Working knowledge of MS Office.
