Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (KS1)
Location: Thornton-Cleveleys (FY5)
Working Hours: January 2025. Monday to Friday, 8:45 am - 3:15 pm
Pay: £12.90 - £13.50 p/h

Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting KS1 students and teachers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who may need additional help.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Engaging in interactive activities to enhance students' learning experiences.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment.
- Contributing to the development of learning resources and materials.
Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience working within a KS1 educational setting.
- A solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and educational practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young learners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
