We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Partner based in Birmingham for an International Law firm keen to appoint an additional partner into their team. Salary is dependent on experience.

The appointed Commercial Property Partner will be able to further develop the commercial property offerings and manage your own caseload of real estate transactions.
1. You will demonstrate an excellent track record to date and be highly experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law.
2. Ideally, you will be a Partner with a depth of knowledge in development, investment, regeneration work, and general commercial property matters.
3. Applications are also sought from Senior Commercial Property Associates seeking the next step in their career. You MUST have a following for this role.
4. You will play a key role in the exciting growth phase that this firm is experiencing.
5. You will have developed a strong network of contacts and be a strong and motivational leader.
6. You will be expected to support senior members of the team and provide supervision to junior members.
7. This leading national law firm is viewed as one to watch in the market, with a clear growth strategy via lateral hires.
8. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders, offering exceptional levels of client care.
