The Role: As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you will support the nursery team on a flexible, as-needed basis. Your duties will include:
* Delivering high-quality care to children within the nursery
* Ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment for children of various ages
* Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging activities
* Promoting children's learning, development, and well-being
* Supporting the day-to-day routines, including personal care and safeguarding
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Education qualification (or equivalent)
* Passion for working with children and supporting their development
* Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable
* A friendly, flexible, and professional attitude
* Valid DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
* Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
