We are recruiting an International Risk & Compliance Senior Analyst position to join our Team in London.\n\nJob Description\n \nAnalyst level role responsible for the Co-ordination and reporting work activities related to audits, policies and\nprocedures within an International (APAC & EMEA & LATAM) corporate real estate facility operations environment.\nThis role will act as the co-ordinator on all associated Risk & Compliance matters and play the leading regional role for associated governance activities including process improvement and innovation.\nThe position interacts directly with the Global, International and Country level account and platform representatives.\n \nKey Responsibilities Governance & Risk\n\nDrive compliance culture and risk awareness\n\nChair and/or attend regular meetings with Global account counterparts to ensure alignment and governance\n\nAct as the single point of contact for Client related queries related to audit and process issues\n\nSupport the account leadership team with monthly and quarterly reporting\n\nConduct annual audits & reviews to ensure compliance with the account contractual obligations and internal policy and procedures\n\nEnsure applicable account policy & procedure manuals are reviewed and maintained\n\nDeliver communication updates of policy changes and results of reviews to all account employees\n\nProvide compliance policy training and ensure delivery of global best practice and consistency\n\nBe an integral part of the team to support the development of the Account Playbooks and Guidelines\n\nSupport Client SIAIs Manage and conduct regional reviews, collate findings for submission to Client\n\nSupport bank training and GIS Information security Compliance Follow up and close out outstanding training and security violations with team and vendors\n\nManage rollout of new client technology and security updates Follow up with EMEA regional CBRE & Vendor teams to ensure compliance and close out of all new client updates\n \nAccount Support \n\nOversee VSD Data Management for CBRE & Vendor Partners\n\nUndertake regular review of database\n\nFollow up with regional teams on corrective action where needed\n\nTrain and support CBRE & Vendor VSD Update owners\n\nResponsible for CBRE EMEA Account team and Vendor partners on-boarding\n\nManage CBRE Onboarding Team\n\nTrain and provide support to vendor partners onboarding team.\n\nResponsible for CBRE & Project Contractor Building Access.\no Train and support facilities coordinator resource with project contractor building access provision.\n\nManage Bank and CBRE technology requests and access to platforms for Account Team\n \nQualifications / Essential Skills\n\n5+ years risk & compliance experience, with at least 4+ years gained from large multinational audit firm\n\nPrevious experience in corporate real estate operations is strongly preferred\n\nExcellent attention to detail with ability to identify potential strategic risks and issues\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization\n\nSelf-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and work ethic\n\nAbility to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment\n\nStrong leadership and project management skills as well as team player who is sensitive to the needs of the functional business units\n\nAbility to engage with and influence the organization, the client, and key stakeholders and establish a high level of credibility\n\nWilling to work in a diverse team environment.\n\nDISCLAIMER\nThis job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
