Role Overview: Primarily based in Aberdeen, with travel to various sites, you will lead the execution of high-voltage projects. Your technical knowledge and leadership will be pivotal in delivering top-notch client service and setting new industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead onsite termination and testing of HV (up to 66kV) array cables for offshore wind farms. Provide technical support for tendering and project engineering of HV IAC T&T scopes. Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with QA and HSE requirements. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports. Develop and maintain strong team relationships and empower subordinates. Ensure compliance with Quality and HSE Management Systems. Write comprehensive reports and attend client visits to provide technical support. Experience: Essential: Proven track record in leading onsite delivery of HV IAC and Fibre Optic T&T for the renewables industry, preferably offshore. Preferred: Experience in electrical installations or maintenance for offshore O&G installations and within the project environment. Personal Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail. Enthusiastic, committed, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
