We are looking for a Service Desk Operator to join our growing IT support team. As the first point of contact for technical issues, you will provide first-line support, troubleshooting IT problems, and ensuring that user requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries and issues. Log, track, and resolve incidents or escalate them to the appropriate team. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and network issues. Provide guidance to users on IT best practices and available self-service options. Work closely with managed service providers to resolve technical problems. Ensure timely updates and communication to users about their service requests. Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions within the IT service management system. Contribute to the knowledge management database to improve first-time fix rates. About You: Experience in a customer-focused IT support role. Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows operating systems and Office applications. Knowledge of networking, telephony, and end-user hardware support. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
