Key Responsibilities:
1. Sell off-plan luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Work with internal teams to deliver tailored investment solutions.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on high-value transactions.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in off-plan property sales, preferably in the luxury market.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
4. Experience with international clients is a plus.
