Job Description:
We are a leading interpreting and translation company in the UK providing face-to-face and remote interpreting services for hospitals, councils, insurance companies, and other public and private sector organizations. We are urgently seeking Fula interpreters in Beaconsfield, Amersham, Chesham, Chalfont St Giles, Chalfont St Peter, Gerrards Cross, High Wycombe, Iver, Little Chalfont, Marlow, and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
* Highly skilled and proficient Fula interpreters located in the specified areas.
* Excellent command of both English and Fula, with a good understanding of cultural dynamics.
* Mastery of correct word order and grammar.
* Wide vocabulary, including synonyms, idiomatic expressions, proverbs, and quotations.
* Good communication skills: clear enunciation, pronunciation, and professional tone.
* Competency in key industries such as medical, financial, insurance, legal, police, and government sectors.
* Ability to understand industry-specific terminology and procedures.
* Applicants must present a DBS certificate, educational qualifications, two references, and a DPSI or Community Interpreting Certificate.
Scope of Work:
Interpret for patients, clients, and end-users with limited or no English at hospitals, GP practices, social services, job centers, and other organizations. May include home visits with accompaniment.
