Working closely with the customers, the main responsibility of the Customer Service Advisor will be to act as the first point of contact for fault reporting and fault resolution as quickly and effectively as possible. Overall responsibilities and accountabilities include: * Answering service calls * Logging faults onto the database in a timely manner * Communicating any problems to senior team members.
