Great opportunity for a Production Manager to join an ambitious business, specialist part of a larger Group who are working on a good range of construction projects.
About the role:
* Production Manager, responsible for a team of approximately 10 in the workshop
* Overseeing the smooth running of CNC machine (Hundegger K2), including programming, troubleshooting, scheduled and corrective maintenance
* Coordinating workshop operations, providing a link between production and design
* Involved in all stages from production planning to delivery (including quality control, scheduling, procurement, inventory)
About you:
* Experienced Production Manager with proven experience in using and managing CNC machinery (ideally Hundegger K2 or similar) in a carpentry or timber engineering environment
* Excellent people manager, with a commitment to team working
* Committed to sharing your extensive knowledge, both day-to-day and by providing regular training to your team
* Flexible and adaptable to accommodate the needs of the production schedule
* Confident in ensuring quality output
In addition to the salary of Aus$(phone number removed), you will receive a generous superannuation, 4 weeks' annual leave plus statutory days, and relocation assistance (further details provided when we speak)
