This global, strategy consulting firm provide innovative strategic solutions to the world's leading companies across various industries. They are seeking a talented, senior-level Head of Data Science & Analytics to join our team, bringing both technical expertise and leadership skills to guide our global practice and drive client success.
Role Responsibilities:
* Business Development & Client Work (25%): Lead the creation and execution of business development proposals, directly engaging with clients to understand their needs and design impactful data science and analytics strategies.
* Delivery of Case Execution (25%): Take ownership of delivering data-driven solutions, overseeing the successful execution of client cases by ensuring high-quality outcomes and seamless integration of analytics into strategic recommendations.
* Stakeholder Management (25%): Build strong relationships with senior leadership across various functions (Finance, People, Allocations) and geographies (London, Europe), ensuring alignment, collaboration, and the successful delivery of projects.
* Team Management (25%): Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data science and analytics professionals, including senior managers and cross-functional teams, providing guidance and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Requirements:
* Experience working at a senior level for a strategy consulting firm
* Management Expertise: Experience leading cross-functional teams is essential, with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop senior-level talent.
* Strong Communication Skills and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
* A solid technical foundation in data science, analytics, or related fields is required

* Basic salary £100,000-£125,000
