Overview
This role is based at our Birmingham depot with some national and regional travel. Core working hours are 9am-5:15pm, with flexibility needed to meet depot requirements. The salary is £27,000 per annum, and a company car is provided.
Role Summary
We are seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator to support colleague inductions and facilitate learning sessions, including GDP and manual handling. You will also assist the Warehouse Excellence team with key projects.
Main Responsibilities
1. Deliver operational onboarding, inductions, and skills training for new staff, including refresher and multi-skilling programs.
2. Create and improve detailed training materials that meet high standards and support business excellence.
3. Keep abreast of training innovations and implement industry best practices to meet evolving business needs.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
* Experience in a busy supply chain environment.
* Background in training, mentoring, or learning and development (preferred).
* Experience in pharmaceuticals (desirable but not essential).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
