The role:
Responsible for assisting the Product Manager for Make-up, ClarinsMen and Christmas categories, coordinating and implementing brand-related activities. Management of Christmas POS, local Christmas production and all operational activity alongside the Product Manager including budget trackers, pricing and COG documents as well as managing supplier relationships. Responsible for day-to-day admin within the category such as presentation documents, pricing, and general support.
What you'll do:
1. Work alongside relevant Product Manager to ensure we are driving category growth in each of the areas of responsibility.
2. Manage the Christmas category under the guidance of Product Manager. Responsibilities including forecasting, local set creation, campaign management and taskforces.
3. Oversee all launch collateral for the relevant categories (e.g. POS, Counter Tester Stands, Collateral etc.) with guidance of the Product Manager. Ensure all are produced to brand guidelines and executed to timeline.
4. Assist the Product Manager with new launch forecasts as and when required.
5. Review the sales plans for each launch in collaboration with Supply Chain.
6. Launch/NAP Feedback Reports (Paris/Other).
7. Provide data and Circana analysis for Clarins and the wider market, completing reports and providing data on Clarins, competitor activity and media activity.
8. Provide customer insights from internal data sources where needed.
9. Regular competitive reviews and reports, including carrying out regular store visits to maintain good overview of market activity.
10. Update the marketing budget on a monthly basis with relevant spends.
11. Provide competitive pricing analysis and manage bi-annual pricing comms for the category.
12. Manage the discontinuation lists for make-up and ClarinsMen.
13. Create presentations to support the category as required.
14. Responsible for the creation of category product and P.O.S. code requests.
15. Responsible for category trade requests such as NLF's, NOM Forms etc.
16. Media admin for the category campaigns, including copy management.
17. Provide general administrative support to Product Manager.
18. Working collaboratively with Paris Head Office.
19. Building and nurturing professional relationships with relevant departments and contacts, including external contacts and retailer contacts.
You are:
1. Commercially focused with a creative approach and an eye for design.
2. Able to build high quality and profitable relationships.
3. A confident communicator - both verbal and written.
4. Flexible team player with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure to fixed deadlines.
You have:
1. 2 years+ Marketing experience, ideally from luxury cosmetics sector.
2. A good understanding of current trends and landscape within the beauty industry.
3. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
