Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a reputable, longstanding firm in the professional services sector in their search for a Receptionist/Front of House. As the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment at their Newry HQ. You’ll manage day-to-day front-of-house and support the smooth functioning of office operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism, maintaining a high standard of client service.
* Manage visitor sign-in, security passes and meeting room schedules.
* Coordinate hospitality and liaise with catering providers as required.
* Handle switchboard calls and direct them appropriately.
* Process incoming and outgoing mail, and manage office supplies and services (stationery, couriers, confidential waste, etc.).
* Be the first point of contact for internal office-related queries.
* Provide general administrative support and assist with events and ad hoc tasks across the team.
What You’ll Bring
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Confident using MS Suite.
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in a reception/front-of-house role.
* Proactive, approachable, and a strong team player.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
