We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as our new Facilities Advisor, based in Glasgow, Dundee or Aberdeen.
This is a full-time, permanent role that can be based in any of our main offices (Aberdeen, Dundee or Glasgow) or part of our hybrid working model. If you choose hybrid working, you should live within a reasonable commute of Aberdeen, Dundee, or Glasgow. Occasional travel to other Cornerstone branch locations may be required, with expenses reimbursed according to Cornerstone’s expense policy and HMRC legislation.
The Role
As our Facilities Advisor, you will provide advice and support regarding facilities and procurement, supporting the delivery of an effective, efficient, and high-quality property and facilities management service. You will assist with our corporate procurement function, including policy rollouts, savings initiatives, and centralised purchasing.

* Insurance
* Scope of Planning and Organisation
* Scope of Judgment and Decision Making
* Building & maintaining relationships (internal and external)

About You
For this role, we require demonstrable experience in one of the following areas:
* Facilities or property management
* Managing procurement and supplier chains
* Business administration, reporting, and support
* Planning, organising, monitoring within a charity, large organisation, or commercial buildings
