Field Service Engineer
* Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30

Throughout your role you will be collaborating with the Service Manager and liaising with Service Controllers to service and repair a variety of equipment at customer sites. This includes forklifts, warehouse equipment, and mobile elevating work platforms.
Field Service Engineer Responsibilities
* Repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
* Repair hydraulic valves and rams.
* Repair final drive and gearbox components.
* Repair engines and related components.
* Inspect equipment and provide customers with repair quotes, working closely with the Service Manager.
* Service LPG, diesel, and electric-powered equipment to a high standard, with a focus on preventative maintenance.
* Replace oil, filters, and other necessary components.
* Perform partial or full strip-downs of LPG, diesel, or electric equipment.
* Check the voltages and gravities of traction batteries using meters and hydrometers.
* Complete and report on battery surveys as required.
* Liaise with the Service Manager and Parts Controller as necessary.
