A fabulous opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and dynamic Staff Nurses to join our District Nursing Teams in South Manchester.
We are Manchester/Trafford Local Care Organisations bringing together NHS Community Health Services and adult social care services in Manchester and Trafford.
As Integrated Neighbourhood teams, we are driven by the aim of improving the health of local people in South Manchester by working across organisational boundaries.
As a Registered General Nurse, you will be required to work as part of our District Nursing Service to provide complex care to adults in their own home and in a variety of settings within the community.
There are great development programs in place for progression to Band 6 and opportunities for further education leading to Community Specialist Practitioner qualifications.
You will work closely with GP Services and the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to ensure that patient care is effectively coordinated, demonstrating a positive impact on our patients.
You will enjoy the chance to develop new and existing clinical skills as well as a range of training opportunities for personal development.
We will be looking for proven leadership skills and the ability to work within a team as well as work autonomously.
