Hours per week: 37.5 hours
Salary: £27,982 per annum + On Target Earnings up to 7.5% of base salary
Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

About the Role:
As an integral part of ASDA Travel Money, you will be placed on-site in one of our bustling Bureaus situated within an ASDA retail store. Thousands of customers will step foot through the door each day, with many looking for help and guidance on all aspects of foreign exchange.
What will you be doing?
1. Managing a team of Travel Service Partners ensuring each member of the team strives to deliver the best possible customer experience.
2. Nurturing and mentoring the team to maintain high levels of customer service.
3. Focusing on customer feedback and service levels to improve outputs and achieve objectives.
4. Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Delivering on key performance goals.
6. Utilising your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
7. Implementing and driving best legal practice and regulatory standards.

Interview Process:
1. Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers.
2. Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner.
3. Bureau visit to meet with the Area Manager.
4. Reference check clearance as part of the onboarding process.
