As a Technical Writer, you will: Write and publish documentation, such as release notes, deployment guides, administration guides, quick start guides, and reference manuals. Use images and diagrams to supplement text and aid understanding of complex concepts. Provide user-friendly text for tooltips and other user interface elements. Receive and address feedback with the goal of filling content gaps and continually improving content. Contribute to a strong, nimble, positive, and effective team. We are looking for: An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. BA or BS degree, preferably in communications, English, computer engineering, or a related field. Ability to convert complex technical information into clear, concise, and coherent end-user documentation in plain English. Strong command of standard American English grammar and usage.
