Reporting to the project manager you will be responsible for site admin and document control and assisting on the design / project manager based in the site office and managing the information for the construction team.
Duties will include :
* Internal site document control
* Writing up Reports
* Scanning documents
* Recording of Meetings/ site critical information
* Health and safety registers
* Setting up and running of document registers
* Assisting the site based Project Manager and site QS
* Incoming phone inquiries
* General admin / reception duties
4 Project or similar document control package experience is preferable! But more important is experience of working on site construction projects in the past and being located in the Dorset area .
Candidates must have good I.T. And typing skills and be able to deal with visitors and incoming phone calls.
