The role is a collaborative one working with individuals and groups across professional and organisational boundaries.
This role will provide an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to develop their clinical skills, knowledge, leadership skills, and supervisory skills to junior members of the team and/or students on placement.

Essential Criteria:
1. Recognised and relevant Occupational Therapist degree
2. Valid and up to date HCPC registration
3. Sensory qualification (desirable)
4. Driving licence and access to vehicle
5. Experience working with Children and Young People
6. Experience of working within an educational setting
7. Experience of teaching, training and supervision of other OT’s
8. Experience of undertaking appraisal and planning CPD for less experienced staff (desirable)
9. A willingness to learn and adapt practice in line with neurodiversity affirming Occupational Therapy.
