An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a forward-thinking company in Nottingham. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer who thrives on building and executing high-impact digital campaigns. You will take ownership of the digital strategy, optimising online channels to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Description of the role:
* Develop and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, covering SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and website optimisation.
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
* Analyse website performance, ensuring an optimal user experience and strong conversion rates.
* Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline customer journeys and campaign efficiency.
* Oversee digital content strategy, ensuring messaging aligns with brand positioning and business objectives.
* Monitor key performance metrics, reporting insights to senior leadership and refining strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with designers and developers on potential website improvements or redevelopment projects.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new opportunities to improve digital performance and competitiveness.
About you:
* Proven experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
* Strong project management skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimise ROI.
* Experience using CMS platforms and marketing automation tools (HubSpot knowledge is an advantage).
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* A background in B2B marketing, technology, or related industries is beneficial but not essential.
