Waiter / Waitress Overview:
To carry out table service of the Restaurant department, maintaining the maximum quality of standards required to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
Waiter / Waitress Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Staff with the service of food and beverages, ensuring the 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standard is maintained.
* Be familiar with and understand the day’s menus.
* Lay up tables for the Restaurant as directed.
* Check and prepare mis-en-place for each meal service.
* Correctly handle, store, and clean all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans.
