Description EPM Systems Lead: Oracle Fusion Do you want to be a key member of the team shaping the future of a world class Finance department? As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our financial operating systems, we are currently undergoing a significant finance transformation by transitioning to Oracle Cloud. Specifically, for the FPA and Group finance functions we are currently implementing 3 solutions: (i) Planning and Budgeting (PBCS), (ii) Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS) and (iii) Financial Consolidation and Close solution (FCC). We are searching for skilled and motivated individuals to join the team to play an important part in this. About the role As a member of the Finance Transformation team, you will report to the Head of Global Reporting and be instrumental in realising our vision for finance transformation through the use of EPM Cloud solutions. Working in close partnership with the Head of Global Reporting and our system integrator, you will be responsible for the successful deployment and continuous management of these applications. Responsibilities Support project implementation: As part the project team produce necessary deliverables, documentation of procedures plus controls, executing system and integration testing, supporting business acceptance testing and manage deployment Perform Systems Maintenance: Manage the execution of all routine system administration tasks, supported by the EPM Support Analyst such as metadata updates, data loads, reconciliations, application monitoring, initialisation, security audits and provisioning. This includes managing all EPM Cloud environments and synchronisation of changes Provide Application Support: Provides day-to-day support for resolution of incidents (e.g, outages, performance issues) collaborating with other technical teams/Oracle. Requirements Gathering & Backlog Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, define business requirements to shape the EPM roadmap Deliver System Enhancements Post Release and Stabilisation: Design and develop enhancement, including metadata, task lists, business rules (Calc Scripts and Groovy), web forms, security and reports Deliver Training & Continuous Improvement: Provide product support to end-users (e.g., Smart View) on Oracle EPM solutions and processes. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on best practices, latest features to optimise adoption of the EPM solutions About You Your expertise should encompass the development and administration of EPM solutions like EPBCS, PCMCS, FCC, or FDM (or equivalent technologies), along with a comprehensive knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis and Financial Reporting procedures. Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and financial reporting Extensive in large corporate companies implementing and managing finance solutions. Consulting experience is a plus Proven implementation/systems lead experience with at least 1 implementation in EPM Applications. Preference will be given for those with Oracle EPM Applications however we will consider cross training those individuals who have experience in managing other technologies e.g., Board, OneStream, Cognos, Workday Adaptive Planning Fundamental knowledge of programming language: eg: Visual Basic or SQL script. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting (or Accounting Qualification), or Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Software Development disciplines Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skill Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Oracle EPM Cloud certification is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
