Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week) The must haves: Min 5 years in a supplier management job within the IT sector Software vendor experience would be useful. Have managed contract renewals and tenders Supported business partners with day-to-day performance of suppliers Basic understanding of PRINCE2 principles. Strong commercial acumen Key responsibilities To co-ordinate and service manage, in-line with ITIL best practice where appropriate, a portfolio of vendors to ensure that they perform against set criteria / KPI’s, as set out in the relevant contract. Own the content of all service schedules (contracts) ensuring that any updates or changes are reflected once agreed and signed-off as part of our contractual governance procedures. Develop SMART KPI’s that measure the performance of our vendors ensuring that any contracted services are fit-for-purpose and value for money. Continually review the contracts and the services with internal stakeholders to ensure that client get value for money and that the services are delivered in-line with the terms stated and to the satisfaction of our internal customers. A day rate, in-scope IR35, £300-350 per day (via a Hays approved umbrella company). This role provides a hybrid working and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Reading 2 or 3 days per week.
