An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. You will provide essential administrative support to the Area Housing Manager and the broader Housing Services Team. Your responsibilities will include performing a diverse range of administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with council procedures, while meeting deadlines.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload are essential. Flexibility to adapt to changing demands is also required. You will liaise with customers, internal departments, and key stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for professional service delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required, along with a commitment to high customer care standards.
