We're seeking a proactive, confident leader with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering excellent care. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A solid understanding of CQC guidelines, legal frameworks, safeguarding, and behaviours of distress.
* Experience leading multi-disciplinary and safeguarding meetings.
* Expertise in managing supported living services, ensuring compliance, and maintaining performance standards.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
* Willingness to register with CQC under a domiciliary care location.
* A commitment to completing management development training if not already achieved.
* A willingness to travel regularly & ideally access to a vehicle.
