Project Manager – Birmingham\n\nOur client provide specialist construction services to their Civils Sector; they looking for a Project Manager to join their team to look after Civils- Groundworks projects in Birmingham.\n\nProject Manager will be expected to:\n\n * Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis\n\n * Coordinate/ book all trades\n\n * Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard\n\n * Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings\n\n * Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving\n\n * Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers\n\n * Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Experience in project management\n\n * Experience in Civils- Groundworks sector\n\n * SMSTS & relevant qualifications\n\n * Ground working- concrete formwork, deep drainage etc\n\nTo find out more about this position as a Project Manager in Birmingham, call Ysabelle CPR Recruitment on (phone number removed)\n\nCPR Recruitment are currently on over 500 sites across England.
