About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Business Partner to join our team at Hand Picked Hotels. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial insight and challenge to our hotel operations, driving financial performance and improving business processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hotel operations to drive financial performance and improve business processes
* Provide financial insight and challenge to hotel management
* Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
* Work closely with the Regional Director of Operations and General Managers to review financial performance and agree actions plans
* Instill and maintain a sound control environment across hotels in your region
About You
* Current experience as a Finance Business Partner in the hospitality industry
* Qualified accountant with either ACA/ACCA, CIMA
* Advanced user knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Sage, Sage Intacct and Opera
* Highly analytical and with strong numerical skills
* Excellent communicator at all levels, able to distil information and communicate concisely with different audiences
* Transformation mind-set and ability to get things done in a fast moving and dynamic environment
