Season Your Career as a Catering Administrator/Assistant
We’re recruiting an experienced Catering Administrator/Assistant who is friendly, adaptable and can confidently manage general administrative duties for DINE on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our offices run smoothly and efficiently and will be given every opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.

Key Responsibilities
1. Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
2. Attending meetings and note taking
3. Keeping the office tidy and presentable always
4. Ordering stationery and supplies when needed
5. Supporting staff by undertaking ad-hoc projects when needed
6. Producing reports and presentations
7. Answering email queries, usually through a central inbox
8. Working in a busy kitchen environment
9. Counting cash sales and general financial duties
10. Stock taking
11. General kitchen duties
