Your Role and Impact:
As a Customer Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting B2B Customers: Engage with clients primarily via email and chat, with occasional phone support.
* Collaborative Problem-Solving: Brainstorm with your colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience.
* Innovative Troubleshooting: Address payment inquiries and manage queries from sellers and buyers on various platforms.
* Reputation Management: Contribute to improving our Trustpilot reviews and enhancing overall company NPS through exceptional service.
* Effective Communication: Flag and escalate customer queries while developing suitable solutions.
* Process Improvement: Map and refine business processes to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Language Proficiency: Native-level proficiency in German and a C1 level in English.
