Key Duties –Residential Property Manager:
* Manage a portfolio of properties in and around Cambridgeshire
* Manage and administer the pre tenancy admin, check in/out, inventory and deposit process
* Keeping fully compliant with up to date lettings legislation and best practice procedures referring to Team Manager as necessary
* Acting as central contact for landlords, tenants and fellow team members during active tenancies
* Performing property visits using Peach software during active Tenancies
* Sending visit reports to landlords and managing issues resulting from the visit
* Ensuring both Landlord and Tenant comply with statutory and contractual obligations as per the tenancy agreement
* Negotiating Tenancy renewals
* Updating master portfolio spreadsheet to reflect new properties and dis-instructions
* Organising and following up any insurance claim on behalf of the Landlord where necessary
* Dealing with tenant and client queries regarding property matters
* Attending Lettings and team meetings
* Notifying Team Manager of any potential property issues
* Develop relationships and work closely with clients through meetings to secure future instructions/business
* Offer a first-class level of customer service at all times
Person Profile – Residential Property Manager:
Experience within the same or a similar role running a property portfolio
Organised, systematic and exceptional communication skills
Customer focused with proactive mindset to ensure clients receive outstanding service levels
Collaborative team player
Confident and composed in order to work under pressure and solve problems
Accuracy and attention to detail
Specified processes and routines, work to a fast paced environment
Good working knowledge of IT systems and user knowledge of Aspasia a bonus
Salary and Benefits Package – Residential Property Manager:
£32,000-35,000 salary
Company benefits inc; 25 days holiday + bank holidays, life assurance, pension, private GP, flexible benefits package and discretionary bonus
Mon – Fri 8:30 am – 6 pm, occasional Saturdays
