* 60% Premises & Facilities Management
* 40% Student Behaviour Support
This division will be reviewed at the start of each academic year, with an expectation that, as the school reaches capacity, the focus will shift more towards premises management.

· Supervise grounds maintenance, including care of eco-provision and school animals (chickens, pygmy goats, etc.).
· Oversee budget management for premises-related activities, ensuring value for money in procurement.
· Support lettings and community use of the building, ensuring compliance with site policies.
· Transport students and staff when required, ensuring safety and adherence to school policies.
2. Student Behaviour Support (40%)
· Support staff in managing challenging student behaviours, including the use of positive handling techniques (Advanced Team Teach training provided).
· Accompany students on high-risk activities, providing additional support to ensure the safety of students and colleagues.
· Assist with de-escalation and crisis intervention, ensuring a calm and structured learning environment.
· Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams to support student development and behaviour management strategies.
· Promote student well-being and safety, adhering to safeguarding protocols.
