Role Overview: Your role primarily within our team will be to drive and increase the sales of the business across all departments. To run and manage all company social media creating posts, offers etc. To maintain the showroom to a high representative standard. To build sustainable relationships with customers to ensure multi year engagements To drive new business initiatives and follow-up on all leads To provide effective sales forecasts Customer Service Greet all customers in a professional, warm, genuine and friendly manner. Ensure that customers receive the best possible service on every touch point in the sales process Understanding the customers needs and requirements and meeting them to the highest standard. Sales Drive sales for the business continually growing the business each year. Utilise the in-store services, cross selling in order to provide a full service delivery for our clients Provide alternatives and add on sales at every opportunity. Visual Merchandising Assist in the maintenance of standards on the shop floor and for all displays and merchandise. Keep stock, clean and presentable at all times. Replenish stock levels when needed, making sure the full-size range is on the shop floor where possible. General To deputise for other staff, work within departments, or carry out other duties as required. Represent the company in the most professional manner at all times. Conduct your work in a safe and responsible manner. Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed Good communication skills Confident and outgoing Effective selling skills Good knowledge in PowerPoint, excel, word, internet, social media knowledge and interest in sports industry Familiar with an effective CRM approach to engage clients
